Estonia: 4 helicopters of British Army land at Amari

TALLINN, Apr 16, BNS - Four British Lynx Wildcat AH1 multipurpose helicopters landed at Estonia's Amari air base on Monday.

The helicopters arrived in Estonia within the framework of NATO's enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) operation to take part in the Siil 2018 (Hedgehog 2018) training exercise at the beginning of May.

In 2019, the UK is to provide planes and personnel for another rotation of the NATO Baltic air policing mission mission performed out of the Amari air base in Estonia.
