RIGA, Aug 10 (LETA) - The Riga Latgale District Court today turned down a bail request for insolvency administrator Nauris Durevskis and said the defendant would be remanded in custody, LETA learned at the court.

Insolvency administrators Durevskis, Maris Spruds and Ilmars Krums were all arrested on June 9. One more person, Jorens Raitums was also detained, but he was released a couple days later.

Krums was released from custody on July 26.

All three administrators have been suspended from their jobs.

In yet another criminal case that deals with suspected violations during the insolvency proceedings at the Dzimta Seta and Peltes Ipasumi, Spruds, his wife Ilze Gulbe, and the Justice Ministry's former parliamentary secretary and former National Alliance secretary general Aigars Lusis are among the suspects.
