LETA has been working hard on improving its archive and databases, and is proud to present the first improvements - the archive has become much faster and features new search options.

Search in LETA archive has not only been categorized but is now also available in three languages: Latvian, Russian and English. If the keyword has an error in it, the search engine will offer several alternative keywords to choose from.

Over the years, LETA's archive has become a major source of information on social and political matters, the archive currently includes over 4 million entries. The archive went online already in 1993.

The archive lists all LETA news, press releases from enterprises and organizations, various databases and other information, such as laws, statistics, expert commentary, and others.

The LETA archive will be further upgraded by the end of the year, LETA will also introduce more flexible payment and online settlement options for the clients. The improved LETA archive will be free for all LETA users from July 9 to September 30. Others may sign up for a free seven-day visitor access.
