Valsts policijas Vidzemes reģiona pārvalde meklē 1988.gadā dzimušo Eduardu Adaškeviču, kas 15.aprīlī Cēsīs huligānisku tieksmju vadīts, ar automašīnas domkratu divreiz tīši iesitis pa galvu cilvēkam. Cietušais smagā stāvoklī nogādāts ārstniecības iestādē Rīgā.
