The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its latest bulletin, that typhoon Guchol intensified was packing maximum sustained winds of 160 kilometres per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 195 kph moving in a north northwestward direction.
