A woman reads a newspaper in front of the sea deserted by swimmers, on August 6, 2012, due to the prohibition of swimming on this Saint-Leu de la Réunion's beach, located in a marine reserve, the spot where a surfer of this French Indian Ocean island of Reunion was seriously injured on the eve in a shark attack. Shark attacks here have been increasing in the last two years, with three surfers killed in the last 13 months.
