Waterwheels are installed on the Daecheong Lake in Okcheon, 174 kilometers south of Seoul, South Korea, 07 August 2012, to help circulate the lake's water, a measure to prevent green algae blooms from spreading. The formation of hazardous green algae bloom, which has resulted from a long-standing drought and high temperatures, suffocates fish, wreaking havoc on fish farms. EPA/STRINGER SOUTH KOREA OUT
