Chris Mahlangu (L), suspected murderer of the Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (Afrikaner Resistance Movement) (AWB) right wing leader Eugene Terre'Blanche, and Patrick Ndlovu (R) sit in the dock of his sentencing trial with Andries Terre'Blanche, brother of former AWB leader (2-L, background) at the Ventersdorp High Court in Ventersdorp, South Africa 20 August 2012. The sentencing process is ongoing with the final sentence expected 22 August. A clinical psychologist, Hank Swanepoel, in mitigation has told the court that Chris Mahlangu is HIV positive, and that he believes he was infected by right wing leader Terreblanche. Mahlangu was found guilty of killing the right-wing leader two years ago, whilst the teenage co-accused Patrick Ndlovu was acquitted of the murder charge. EPA/STR
