EPA 2012-08-03 18:54:37 president sacks air force chief
A handout photo provided by Swedish advertising agency Studio Total and made available 3 August 2012, shows teddy bears parachuting over a residential area in Minsk, Belarus on 4th July. The incident provoked President Lukashenko into sacking his air force chief Major General Dmitry Pakhmelkin.
