Supporters of African National Congress (ANC) demonstrate outside Johannesburg court on May 24, 2012 to demand the removal of a portrait of President Jacob Zuma posing as Lenin with his genitals exposed from the Goodman Gallery. A South African court postponed the case today and a judge warned it would be difficult to enforce the order. Satirical artist Brett Murray's depiction of Zuma in a Vladimir Lenin pose -- branded "indecent" by Zuma's ruling African National Congress -- was vandalised two days ago amid a national furore. Lawyers for Zuma, his party and his children went ahead with a court application against the artist, a Johannesburg gallery that displayed it and the City Press newspaper which published a picture, despite the gallery closing and removing the work.
