(FILES) A picture taken on February 23, 2012 in Paris, shows French Gerard Dalongeville, former Socialist Mayor of Henin-Beaumont, a French northern city, who announced on June 9, 2012, he will be candidate for the 2014 municipal elections in this town. Dalongeville, accused of submitting false invoice and then revoked as mayor, released last February, the book he wrote entitled "The rose mafia" investigating on the Socialist Party's financial practises.
