Filipinos stay atop a vehicle submerged in floodwaters after a heavy downpour in Quezon City, east of Manila, Philippines 18 June 2012. According to the latest bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), typhoon Guchol was located at 580 kilometers east-northeast of Batanes province in the northern Philippines, with maximum winds of 160 kph.
