The walking-assist-device is equipped with angle sensors and two actuators on the lightweight walking aid machine, weighing 2.4 kgs. Honda and the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology (NCGG) in Aichi prefecture, central Japan announced on July 29 that they would have a large scale experimental test for elderly people at the research institute.
