Filipino settlers return to damaged shanties and boats after overnight heavy rains and large waves caused a barge to hit a coastal area in Manila, Philippines, 30 July 2012. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is currently tracking Tropical Storm Saola (local name 'Gener'), and estimated its center to be 290 km east-southeast of Basco, Batanes province in the northern Philippines. Storm Saola is moving north-northwest at 11 kph, with maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 135 kph. EPA/ROLEX DELA PENA
