NEW YORK, NY - AUGUST 08: New York City firefighters converge near 1 World Trade Center after a welding incident led to reports of a possible fire in the high rise building on the former site of the World Trade Center on August 8, 2012 in New York City. Over 84 firefighters from 26 units responded to the morning reports of a fire in the building. There were no injuries reported in the building which is under construction and currently unoccupied.
