Madagascar strongman Andry Rajoelina gives an interview to AFP on August 18, 2012 on the sidelines of the 32nd Southern African Development Community (SADC) summit in Maputo. Heads of state met on August 17 and 18 in Maputo for a summit that tried to nudge Madagascar and Zimbabwe toward new elections under "roadmaps" that are a test of the region's commitment to democracy.
