Flash flood affected residents wash their clothes in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, Central Mindanao, Southern Philippines, 13 June 2012. Heavy rains triggered a flash floods in the southern province of Sarangani, Mindanao on 12 June, killing two people and leaving one missing, the Office of Civil Defence said.
