Twenty-Seven countries at the Geneva based UN Human Rights Council called on Bahrain authorities to address their concerns about human rights violations, as street clashes in the Gulf island continued. In a joint declaration, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, among others, called on 28 June for the full implementation of last year?s Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry recommendations as soon as possible.
