A barge after hitting shanties following overnight heavy rains and large waves at a coastal area in Manila, Philippines 30 July 2012. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is currently tracking Tropical Storm Saola (local name 'Gener'), and estimated its center to be 290 km east-southeast of Basco, Batanes province in the northern Philippines.
