Oyster farming nets are pictured on August 10, 2012 in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, northwestern France. Fishing and selling of mussels and oysters have been temporarily forbidden in the Bay of Morsalines, a major basin of Lower Normandy, due to a significant degradation of water quality, according to a decree published on August 10.
