Russian police officers detain a Pussy Riot supporter near the Khamovnichesky Court in Moscow, Russia, 17 August 2012, the Moscow Khamovnichesky court found guilty the three Russian feminist punk-rock band Pussy Riot members Yekaterina Samutsevich, Maria Alyokhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova who were accused of hooliganism motivated by religious hatred or hostility after singing a song insulting Vladimir Putin in the Christ the Savior cathedral in Moscow earlier this year ahead of presidential elections in Russia.
