Beatriz Mota, a 30 year old, unemployed women passes clothes on offer by a non-governmental organisation (NGO) called Dress for Success in Lisbon on August 9, 2012. Dress for Success is an NGO inspired by a project created in the US and copied by director Fernanda Machado. The organization helps unemployed women have a formal wardrobe for job interviews and dresses them until they manage to create a work wardrobe. More than the clothes is the positive attitude and self-confidence pushed by the volunteers of the organization to women seeking jobs and success in their professional lives.
